Real Estate Media Service Agreement | Mat James Photography

Client Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms between Mat James Photography (“Photographer”) and the client requesting photography, video, drone, 3D tour, or related media services (“Client”).

By booking services, the Client agrees to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Mat James Photography agrees to provide professional real estate media services as outlined in the confirmed booking details.

Services may include:

  • Real estate photography

  • Videography

  • Drone photography and video

  • Matterport 3D virtual tours

  • Floor plans

  • Social media content

Final deliverables will reflect the selected package or services confirmed at booking.

2. Payment

Payment is due according to the agreed terms provided at booking.

Mat James Photography reserves the right to withhold final delivery of media until outstanding balances have been paid.

Additional services requested after the shoot may be subject to additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

A minimum notice period is requested to allow scheduling adjustments.

Cancellations or missed appointments with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Weather-related cancellations or safety concerns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Property Access

The Client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

Mat James Photography is not responsible for delays caused by locked properties, unavailable access, incomplete preparation, or circumstances outside of reasonable control.

5. Property Preparation

The Client understands that image quality is influenced by property presentation.

Mat James Photography is not responsible for removing objects, cleaning, staging, or correcting property conditions unless specifically agreed upon.

6. Editing & Final Delivery

All images and media are professionally edited according to the Mat James Photography style and standards.

RAW files, unedited footage, or original captures are not included unless specifically agreed upon.

Final deliverables are provided electronically.

7. Copyright & Usage Rights

Mat James Photography retains full copyright ownership of all created media.

The Client receives a license to use delivered media for the marketing and promotion of the specific property.

The license does not include resale, redistribution, or unrelated commercial use.

8. Drone Services

Drone photography and videography are subject to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Airspace restrictions

  • Safety considerations

  • Applicable aviation regulations

Mat James Photography reserves the right to modify or cancel drone services when conditions are unsuitable.

9. Client Approval

The Client is responsible for reviewing final deliverables after delivery.

Requests for revisions must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe. Additional edits outside the original scope may be subject to additional charges.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By booking services with Mat James Photography, the Client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to these terms.
