Booking & Scheduling

Property Access & Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible and ready at the scheduled time.

Mat James Photography is not responsible for delays or limitations caused by:

  • Incomplete property preparation

  • Restricted access

  • Occupants, tenants, pets, or other individuals preventing photography

  • Conditions outside of the photographer’s control

Additional preparation or return visits may be subject to additional fees.

Weather & External Conditions

For exterior photography, drone services, and aerial imagery, weather conditions may affect scheduling.

Mat James Photography reserves the right to reschedule services when conditions may impact safety, image quality, or regulatory requirements.

Image Delivery

Final edited images and media will be delivered electronically within the agreed timeframe.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the selected services, project requirements, volume of work, and unforeseen circumstances.

Image Usage & Licensing

Final media delivered by Mat James Photography is licensed for marketing purposes related to the specific property and listing.

Images may be used by the client, real estate professionals, and associated marketing platforms to promote the property.

Images may not be:

  • Sold or transferred to unrelated third parties

  • Altered without permission

  • Used for unrelated commercial purposes
